• Do not disrupt the game's operation or servers.

Limitation of Liability

The game is provided "as is". Soavadola is not responsible for data loss, hardware/software damages, or other consequences arising from use of the game.

Intellectual Property

All content of Ludo Gasy (graphics, sounds, code, texts, logos) is the exclusive property of Soavadola. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without prior written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ludo Gasy if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the game or its community.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the game after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Madagascar.
